Craig Genkinger joined Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, in 1983 . As a Financial Consultant, he offers his clients a full range of investment products and services including stocks and bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio management, financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning and more to both individuals as well as businesses. Additionally, he serves as a Senior Vice President / Investments for the firm.

Mr. Genkinger carefully reviews a client’s needs and then makes recommendations based upon the client’s established goals and priorities. Because of the many investment choices today, he researches individual equities, mutual funds and other investment products to secure the right fit for each client. Craig’s investment philosophy focuses on growing client assets using a balanced investment allocation process while preserving the transfer of wealth to future generations. He strives to provide his clients with sound advice and guidance to help them reach their financial goals.

Personal:
Prior to joining the firm, Craig gained valuable experience in the accounting industry. A native to the New Castle area, Craig attended Neshannock High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Westminster College. Craig and his wife Margaret have two children, Amy and Jeff. In his spare time Craig is a mentor for the Big Brothers and Sisters program of Lawrence County. In addition, he serves as the chairman of the finance committee at his church. Craig also enjoys playing golf and music, especially the Blues.
