As a Financial Consultant, Davisson
Hammond offers his clients a full range of investment products and services
including stocks and bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio
management, financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning,
and more to both individuals as well as businesses. Davisson was attracted
to Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, because of its dedication to the investor and full service
capabilities.
Davisson’s philosophy focuses on client service and fully understanding
a client’s various needs and goals. He works with each individual
client to first assess their financial situation and identify both short
and long- term goals. Second, he consults, as necessary, with Janney Montgomery Scott's Specialists to determine appropriate investment strategies and
to formulate a plan to reach the established goals. Davisson maintains
frequent communication with his clients while continually monitoring their
portfolio to be sure it adheres to their risk tolerance, adapts to any
changes in a financial situation and stays on course to meet their goals.

Prior to joining the firm Davisson was an account manager for MBNA
America. Born in Morgantown WV, he grew up in Pleasant Hills, PA and attended
Thomas Jefferson High School. Davisson received his Bachelor of Science
degree from the Pennsylvania State University. David is a member of Pittsburgh
Young Professionals and the Penn State Alumni Association. In his spare
time Davisson is an avid baseball fan and enjoys playing basketball.
