Rich Reynolds takes pride in using his years of industry and life experiences to provide personalized financial planning to his clients and guide them through the maze of investment decisions that can arise. He develops an appropriate investment program tailored for each client using stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio management, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Rich’s investment philosophy focuses on building a solid base of quality investments and keeping that base intact. As a result, he believes that risk is mitigated and speculative investments are not considered until the base is in place. Rich knows that each of his clients has a different temperament and risk tolerance. Their ability to sleep well at night is in many ways related to this fact. Rich considers it his minimum service commitment to do all in his power to assure his clients that they own appropriate investments and help them understand these investments well enough not to worry needlessly over market fluctuations.

Personal:

Prior to joining Parker/Hunter in 1991, Rich owned and operated a printing business. His career change came as a result of his keen interest in investments that began as a teenager buying and selling stocks. At that time, Rich enjoyed discussions concerning investments and found himself regularly providing financial advice to friends and colleagues.

Rich is a native of Mobile, Alabama and is a graduate of the US Naval Academy. He served 7 years of active duty in the Navy and 8 years in the Naval Reserves. Active in his community, Rich serves on numerous church and school district committees. He and his wife Ellen have two sons, Chris and Brett. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, tennis, golf and music.
