Susan Marshall joined the firm's Clarion office in 1993 following a nursing career. Susan was attracted
to Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC's, small, regional size that also provides full-service
investment and financial planning capabilites. As a Financial Consultant,
she offers her clients a full range of investment products and services
including stocks and bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio
management, financial planning, retirement planning, 401-k's, estate planning
and more.
Ms. Marshall carefully reviews a client’s needs and then makes recommendations
based upon established financial goals and priorities. Because of the
many investment choices today, she researches individual equities, mutual
funds and other investment products to secure the right fit for each client.
Susan prides herself on the level of service she provides her clients.
Susan helps her clients with genuine respect and manages each individual
relationship with an established, effective process by which goals are
determined, systematically monitored and adjusted as needed.
Susan’s relationship and advice varies with investors’ needs
and she offers investor education from “Basic Finance 101”
through the development and management of multiple portfolios and through
comprehensive financial planning that spans generations.

Personal:
Susan was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in Northern Butler County.
She and her husband Gary reside on a 60 acre farm in Venango County that
has been in Gary’s family since the 1840’s. The couple has
two daughters, Rachel and Julie, and four grandchildren.
Susan attended school in the Moniteau School District and nursing school
at North Hills Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh. She is a past school
board president of the Franklin Area School Board and the Riverview Intermediate
Unit #6. Susan enjoys spending time at her cabin, taking long walks in
the woods and watching wildlife. In addition, she enjoys antiques and
quilting.
