William Barth joined Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC’s,
North Hills office in 1997. As a Financial Consultant, he offers his clients
a full range of investment products and services including stocks and
bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio management, financial
planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and more to both individuals
as well as businesses.
Mr. Barth carefully reviews a client’s needs and then makes recommendations
based upon the client’s established goals and priorities. Because
of the many investment choices today, he researches individual equities,
mutual funds and other investment products to secure the right fit for
each client. Bill’s investment philosophy focuses on creating and
preserving wealth for his clients by developing an individualized investment
program.

Personal:
Prior to joining the firm, Bill worked as a senior portfolio manager
within Mellon Bank’s Private Asset Management Division. Bill received
his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University. While
attending Penn State, he was a member of the varsity volleyball team and
the Financial Management Association. Bill is currently involved in Parker/Hunter’s
long-standing stock reporting service and can be heard regularly on KQV
1410 A.M. In his spare time Bill enjoys golf, volleyball, and spending
time with his wife and two young children.
