Joy Mitchell has an investment
philosophy that is centered on client education, building a strong financial
foundation and diligent client service. To accomplish this, she conducts
an in-depth meeting designed to determine the client’s risk tolerance,
establish a time range for investments, determine the amount of money
to be invested, and, most importantly, understand the client’s comfort
level in the market. These details are extremely important because no
matter how good an investment is, if the client cannot sleep nights from
worry, the investment should have never been made. Additionally, Joy’s
goal is that the client understands her role as their Financial Consultant
and what is expected from her in the partnership. She believes that the
client-broker relationship is the most important part of their business.

Joy has always believed that

business, Joy joined Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. She found that Parker/Hunter
shared and supported her investment philosophies and offered the broad
range of investment choices and tools needed for the implementation of
those ideas.
