As a Financial Consultant, Paul Curnes offers both individuals and businesses a full range of investment products and services. These include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, annuities, CDs, portfolio management, financial planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. Paul’s investment philosophy follows a conservative, comprehensive approach that provides depth, detail, and dividends to his clientele. Paul maintains thorough and consistent communication with his clients. He continually monitors their portfolio assuring it adheres to their risk tolerance, adapts to any changes in a financial situation, and stays on course to meet their goals.
Paul also works in parternship with fellow Financial Consultant Carrie Bowman. This team approach allows Paul to offer expert knowledge in all areas of the investment business as well as provide clients with exemplary service and exposure to all market areas.
Paul joined Parker/Hunter, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, in 1999 for a chance to use his knowledge of finance and work with people to build solid financial plans. Paul appreciates that Parker/Hunter is a regional investment firm that offers its clients all the resources and services of a national brokerage firm.

Personal:
Prior to joining Parker/Hunter Paul worked for Wheeling Jesuit University as a student recruiter. He attended Martins Ferry High School, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron and his MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University. He is currently pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM designation. In his spare time Paul teaches general business at Martins Ferry High School and local community colleges. He is a member of the Wheeling Lions Club, the United Way Allocations Panel and serves as a Board Member for the Martins Ferry Chamber of Commerce. He has three young children Katlyn, Austin, and Gavin.
