Upon receipt of your User ID and temporary password, visit our Web site to login to your account using the account LOGIN button found on our home page. The first time you access your account, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a permanent password that you create, ensuring your account security. The password you create must be at least a 6 character alpha/numeric password and the first character must be a letter (example: A123B456).
